Conditioned Your Hair
Thick Hair – Unlike fine hair, thick hair can hold a lot of conditioning ingredients, so it is recommended to have more intensive conditioning products. Other option is putting a detangling night treatment which helps detangle and repair the hair while sleeping.
Curly Hair – Hair experts recommend conditioning your hair every time you shampoo. For days that you cannot shampoo, just run a conditioner through your corkscrews if they become bulky and tousled, this will help your hair relax and detangle easily. Rinse your scalp thoroughly but leave some trace of conditioner in your hair strands. To avoid dehydration and frizz, you can use a deep conditioning mask every two weeks. Cover it with a shower cap or plastic wrap and blow dry it for about five cm above your head five to ten minutes. If the hair is dehydrated use a basic conditioner to detangle and followed by a leave-in conditioner to maintain the moisture.

Ten Easy Steps on Applying Make-up
· Apply a concealer that is lighter than your foundation. Dot it over on any blemishes or under-eye circles and blend with your fingertips or a makeup sponge. If you’re using a cake concealer, apply the eye cream first.
· Choose foundation that matches exactly with your skin tone. Apply it in dots over the central part of your face; blend it out with a makeup sponge or using your fingertips until it covers your entire face.
· Use a loose or pressed powder to keep foundation and concealer stay longer on your face. Use pressed powder to touch up when you're away from home.
· Do your eyebrows next. Use powdered eyebrow shadow on brows instead of pencil, which can often look unnatural. Apply it with a hard, slanted brush.
· Choose three colors of eye shadow: light, medium and dark. Use the dark only to line your upper eyelid, in a fairly thin line along the upper lashes. Use the medium shade for the crease and the lightest shade for the area under the eyebrow.
· Apply eyeliner. Use cake eyeliner with a damp, thin liner brush, or an eyeliner pencil, and line the lower lid below the lashes. Line only the outer two-thirds of the lower lid, or all the way across if you're trying to achieve a darker look. Line all the way across the upper lid or start the line where your lashes begin.
· Apply mascara to upper and lower lashes, in two thin coats to avoid clumsiness. Choose brown mascara if your coloring is fair; black or brown-black works well for darker coloring.
· Smile to find the apples of your cheeks, and apply blush to the apples or below, whichever you prefer.
· Choose a lipstick color that's suited to your skin tone and that's perfect for your day look. You can mix colors and textures to suit your moods and your outfit.
· Line lips after applying lipstick, not before. That way you won't end up with a dark circle of lip liner after your lipstick has worn off. Avoid combining very dark lip liner and pale lipstick.
Being conscious with how we look is important especially when we are dealing with people.

10 Tips for Beautiful Hair
1. Keep your diet balanced, eat protein and calcium rich foods. This is essential for healthy hair. Stay away from eating junk foods!
2. Foods and supplements that will give nourishment to your hair:
- Beans
- Yogurt
- Almonds
- Vitamin B
- Fish
- And of course, the most substantial - WATER
3. Before taking a bath, comb your hair to make sure that all knots has been loosened from your hair.
4. Before applying shampoo, use warm water (35 to 38 degrees Celsius) to run through your hair to rinse and wet it thoroughly.
5. When applying shampoo or conditioner, don't use your fingernails to scrape your hair. Instead, use your palm and fingertips to massage your scalp and hair gently, in circular motions. This will help the circulation and also help to keep your hair shiny and smooth.
6. After rinsing away all the shampoo, run water over your hair for at least another half a minute (3 minutes is best) to ensure there are no remains of shampoo remaining in your hair, since this will cause a great deal of damage to your scalp.
7. When applying hair treatment products, do so just after you have washed your hair, so that your hair can absorb all the good stuff while it is half wet. This will be the best time for it to absorb nourishment.
8. NEVER go to bed with your hair wet! Hair that is half wet is most easily broken, and if you sleep during this time, your hair will be rubbing against each other, damaging your hair in the most terrible way.
9. Too much pressure may lead to hair loss! Relax... try some good relaxation methods such as soaking in a nice scented bath, listening to music, and eating healthy comfort foods such as strawberries and grapes.

Fashion statements can be made with clothes, accessories, shoes or boots, hair, makeup or even to cellphone. I would like to talk about boots. I know for sure that only few of us wear boots, specifically hunter boots. Then you must have to try it like what I did. First thing I really don’t have any attraction to it because I only saw one design in the market. Until I discovered a unique and fashionable design at countryattire.com. This is an online store which specializes premium, authentic and with high quality country clothing. They have variety of products and I tried their hunter wellington boots. I choose the Hunter Original Adjustable Wellington Boots-Fuchsia. I like it because they are waterproof and are made from rubber or poly vinyl chloride (pvc). It has a discreet gusset concealed behind the buckle which allows my feet and legs to move and feel comfortable wearing it. I decided to buy it because of the weather condition that my place is experiencing right now which is rainy season, since it protects my feet and legs from the muddy ground and keeping my feet dry even from heavy rain showers.

The Importance of Drinking The Right Amount of Water Everyday
Amount of Fluid Needed Each Day
If you are one of the many people who find it hard to drink the recommended six to eight glasses of water a day, don't lose hope. Most fruits and vegetables contain up to 95 percent water, and many meats and cheeses contain at least 50 percent. A key point is NOT to wait until you're thirsty. If you're thirsty, it means your body has already lost more water than it should have, and it's urging you to fill up the tank. An easy way to check your fluid status is to look at the color of your urine. It should be a very pale yellow. If it's a dark yellow, it means that you're not drinking enough.
Type of Fluid Needed
Water -- First and foremost, our bodies need water. Juice and milk have a high percentage of water, but they also contain calories. If you're watching your weight, drink water. Avoid caffeinated beverages such as most sodas and regular coffee, as caffeine actually causes the body to lose water. The same goes for alcohol.
If you exercise during hot weather, you may prefer a sports drink. Sports drinks contain electrolytes such as sodium and potassium, which are lost in sweat. The salt also makes us thirsty, causing us to drink even more. Juice and soda aren't absorbed as easily during exercise, so save them for before or after your activity.

Going Easy On Your Pancreas
Most people with acute pancreatitis recover completely. But even if you experience no lingering symptoms, it is still important to take necessary steps to keep your pancreas healthy as possible. Below are some of the important things to remember:
- Avoid alcohol. If you can’t voluntarily stop from drinking an alcohol, seek treatment for alcoholism. Because abstaining may or may not reduce your pain but it will reduce your risk of dying from the disease. That is why it is important to really stop from drinking alcohol.
- Eat smaller meals. The more you eat, the greater the amount of digestive juices your pancreas must produce. Instead of large meals, eat smaller but eat frequently.
- Limit fat in your diet. This will help reduce loose and oily stools that result from a lack of pancreatic enzymes. You should eat healthy foods like fresh fruits and vegetables, whole grains and lean protein sources.
- Follow a high-carbohydrate diet. A carbohydrate gives you the energy to help fight fatigue. Try to get most of your daily calories from complex carbohydrates found in grains, vegetables and legumes.
