How to Get Super Soft and shiny Hair

Are you a person who is hair conscious? Or who is satisfied with just shampooing and conditioning it. They said that the hair is the crowning glory of a woman. That’s why women are so particular about it. They go to the parlor every month for some treatment and repair of their hair. But going to the parlors is expensive, what about the others who cannot afford for the parlor. Here are a few great tips to help become softer and shiny without spending too much at all.
1. Put mayonnaise in your hair thick from the roots to the tips and placing your head in a clump. (It should be done by another person or you can request a friend to do it)
2. Then put a plastic bag on over the top of your head around your hairline. Take the plastic bag around the back of your hair and make sure that you get all the hair inside the bag. Tie the bag in the back below your hair. Press out the excess air out of the bag and leave your hair for 15 minutes in the mayonnaise wrap.
3. After 15 minutes, take a shower and wash out the mayonnaise with shampoo and conditioner. This will improve the softness of your hair and make it shines as well.

Simple and Easy Way to Increase Blog Traffic

I would like to share this very helpful strategy to boost your traffic.

------------------------------------Copy start here---------------------

Please read carefully then apply correctly....

A philosophy says "Honesty is the Best Policy (Honesty is the political / best strategy)," is what we will prove .... whether honesty concept we can use to generate traffic and more intense popularity beyond the concept of complex expert webmaster or SEO expert ..?... I believe we will achieve that goal if this concept is running properly ..., and if this concept is applying in your web according to the rules, by then:
-Your Web will be swamped with huge traffic visitors day by day, without fuss or tired of the SEO campaign to a lot of web in the internet world.
-Your Web will be flooded huge back link day by day, without fuss hunt link to a lot of web in the internet world.

If Albert Einstein use the equation E = mc2 to combine mass potential and speed of light to create extreme nuclear energy , then we will use equation = V1 + V2 to combine my web potential and your web potential to generate extreme web traffic and popularity also .

If Einstein use atom plutonium and uranium to make nuclear bombs, then we use the Honesty and accuracy to make a bomb of this traffic and popularity concept.

What do you need to do is follow these steps:

1. Create a post articles as I post this, or copy-paste this post from Copy start here until Copy Finish, and also be entitled: t = V1 + v2, How to increase traffic and popularity quickly and naturally.

2. Copy or make the next powerful sentence existing under the number 3 plug at this website on your part to section that most easily seen by visitor, for example at the top of the sidebar

3. Move or change a link or the url address post (here-1) with your url address, and (here-2) with my URL address post,to find out url address of the post that I make and that you make is to click the title / post title than we make this copy of the address bar.

The more authentic information about you know, the more likely people are to consider you a expert. Read on for even more facts that you can share.

Next is the post of "powerful sentence" you need to install in your web part (after the change in the url link to its corresponding provisions of the above)

"Want to increase visitor traffic and your web popularity quickly and unlimited ...? Let me ..., I'll do it for you FREE ...!.. here 1 and here 2"

-So after the powerful sentence is put on the your web then : if a visitor click the link here-1 he will directly to your link post, and if he click here-2 will directly link to my post ... and this is just keep going unbreakable chain link.

4. Finish, prepare tracker counter and link checker for example sitemeter and Technorati to see a flood of traffic and your web backlink

What is t = V1 + t2 ...?
t: Number of traffic that will be you get on your web in a day
V1: The number of visitors to your web in a day
v2: Number of visitors of the V1 (a visitor from your web visitors) in a day.

Traffic:
For example, my web or your website in one day have an average of 50 visitors .., and all of this we apply the concept (powerful sentences) correctly, and that 50 people from each of 50 people also have visitors from his blog , then the web we will visit in a 50 plus 50 x 50 people on that day = 2550, and will also likely continue to increase day by day, because every day there are always new visitors in the internet world, each day also have a new blogger, or web internet in the world ... PROVE IT!

Popularity:
For example, our web visitors have 50 people in a day, and everyone implement this concept, then in the web that day you will get 100 linkback to your website, a link on Powerful sentence and a link on the link in my multiply 50. and will likely continue to increase day by day ....

Why the need to create links and link your link on my post ...?
... this is to maintain our link eternity, because as we get more links in the post less likely erased ....

Can we do not fair or not fair sabotage this concept, for example, "remove all links of origin" and fill in the web / blogs we own...? .... Yes, and this concept will not prove to be a maximum of Honesty is a strategy / political answer..... But I believe that we all want to throw them credibility by making such action cheap ...

Healthy Break for Moms

The daily run of household work --- especially during school days --- can tire you, moms. Preparing the kids for school in the morning, fixing their merienda for the afternoon, and getting their homework done by bedtime can leave you highly stressed.

Stress is an unavoidable aspect of life, affecting both the young and the old. But to some extent, stress may give you the motivations you need to push yourself a little harder. However, remember that excessive stress leads to an unhealthy lifestyle.

Health specialists highly recommend a stress management plan that includes having time for relaxation to replenish lost nutrients and expended energy. So, the next time you find yourself with a few minutes for a break, try out these invigorating, healthy activities.

Breath in, breath out.
Breathing exercises circulate the oxygen our body needs. Too often, stress can shorten your supply of air, which is why you often feel short-of breath and light-headed when you’re tired. Aerobic workouts have a “cool down” stage to get the oxygen flowing. Breathe in deep to the top of your lungs, counting up to four, then hold your breath for another four seconds; and slowly release the air to a count of four. Do this exercise around three to four times.

Move that body.
Research indicates that there are mental health benefits derived from exercise, including reduced stress and increased confidence. So, get on your feet, stretch your arms, shrug your shoulders, bend your neck from left to right, or go for a walk to change scenery. This may be a short exercise but it keeps your energy up for your various physical activities.

Take a snack.
Pressure can often make us forget about food, which can leave us dehydrated. Pause for a minute and get something to eat. Replenish yourself with a glass of water or juice, or a quick, healthy snack.

Relax with a massage.
Give your hands, arms, legs and feet a good massage by rubbing them with a light fist. Massage eases up tense muscles, improves blood circulation, and restore that feeling of wellness. Make the most out of your massage by feeding your skin with a good lotion.

Want to save some money? I think all of us really wanted to save money even in a very simple way. May we never noticed it that some things that we consider garbage can useful in some other way and help us save money. Then follow these money saving tips:

  1. The end of a clean, empty 10 0Z. can makes handy cookie or biscuit cutter.
  2. Here's another use for the plastic bags from cereal boxes. Use them for coating or breading chicken or other meats and vegetables to be fried. The bags are sturdy enough to handle the job and it's much neater than dredging.
  3. Using left over wine is a snap if you freeze it into ice cubes--save calories and fat by sautéing in wine instead of butter or oil.
  4. Reduce fat, increase fiber and save money by replacing half of the ground beef or poultry in a casserole or meatloaf recipe with brown rice, bulgur, or cooked and pureed dried beans.
  5. Before you juice a lemon, lime or orange grate off the outermost part of the rind and freeze in a zipper food storage bag. When a recipe calls for zest, just pull it from the freezer.
  6. Do you have fruit in your kitchen that's ripening quicker than you can eat it? Puree it and use in smoothies or as topping for ice cream, pancakes or waffles. You can also freeze the pureed fruit in a plastic freezer zipper bag and use it later on.

  12. Wrapping celery in aluminum foil when putting it in the refrigerator helps keep the freshness for weeks.

Have you Tried Eating Street Foods?

Have you tried eating street foods? They're tasty, inexpensive and convenient. Indeed, street food has gained in popularity through the years because they are not only readily available, but may actually even be economically practical in these uncertain times. In Davao especially in the afternoon vendors carry their carts full of different variety of street foods and so much more during Sundays. However, despite their sometimes positive attributes, the type of food may actually be the cause of diseases due to poor preparation and other unhealthful qualities. Here are a few things to consider when biting on that delicious burger or "isaw".

The food stand. Food stands and/or counters are usually the places where street food are usually prepared and served. As such, look and see if the stand is properly cleaned as dirty stand or counter may harbor dangerous bacteria. If the stand has a grill or a pan for deep frying, see if the former is rid of grime and ask whether the latter's cooking oil is regularly replaced.

The water& always the water. It's understandable that roaming food vendors don't have an immediate source of water. Indeed, most of them bring along their own bottled water for cleaning and preparing food. This could be problem though as water could easily harbor germs and bacteria.

Eat hot... eat cold. Hot street food should be consumed hot, and cold street food should be consumed cold. Why? Simply because they're freshly-prepared. Also, the shelf-life of most street food are notoriously short.

KNOW YOUR STREET FOOD
Here's a short list of the 'exotic' street food to be found in the Philippines.

Head or helmet. This is literally the barbecued head of a chicken. Surprisingly, the name's provenance actually refers to a certain t-shirt brand called, what else? "Head." Sometimes, it is also referred to as "helmet."

IUD or Isaw. This refers to chicken entrails, skewered on a barbecue stick. It is said to resemble an intra-uterine device or IUD in common parlance. Thus, the name. It is also called isaw ng manok (chicken). Isaw may also refer to a part of a pig's intestines, specifically the last portion that has lots of fat. Isaw like IUD is barbecued.

Betamax. This refers to cubed, curdled chicken blood, that is then barbecued. A variation of this delicacy is actually that of cooking the cubed blood adobo-style before barbecuing. No one really knows how this delicacy acquired its name. Others hazard the guests that the cubed blood resembles the shape of the betamax tape.

Adidas. This athletic shoe brand refers to chicken feet, cooked adobo-style or marinated, then barbecued.

Kwek=Kwek and tokneneng. Kwek-kwek is chicken egg or 'balut' dipped in 'orange-y' batter then deep fried. It is then eaten with a dip made of vinegar, onions and birds-eye chili. Tokneneng is a smaller version, albeit it uses quail eggs instead. However, the tokneneing is usually eaten as is.

Walkman. This is pig's ears which is again barbecued. Again, a variation of the walkman involves cooking it adobo-style before skewering and barbecuing.

Day-old. This refers to literally 'day-old chick's that are deep-fried to a crisp and eaten with a dip of sauce or vinegar.

Proven. This is probably the latest addition to the list of Pinoy street food. This barbecued chicken part comes from a portion of the chicken's entrails that is harder than most. It is cooked adobo-style or marinated then barbecued.

Hotcakes. They are small pancakes cooked in small moulds. The way it is served is sandwich-style, with a filling in the middle. This is not a prevalent in the streets as it is usually cooked using a special mould/pan.

Others. Of course, Pinoy street food won't be complete without mentioning the ubiquitous fish balls and squid balls; and lately, the kikiam - all of which are seafood based and deep-fried. Likewise, the taho, balut and binatog (boiled corn kernels) are still available and going strong, as is the seasonal 'iskrambol' (native shake).

Seemingly gone, however, are the kaligay and the carioca. The kaligay is a specie of shellfish that is boiled and sold by the cupful and the carioca is a bread-like confection dipped in syrup.

Actually I really don't eat on any of them but my hubby told me that it's delicious and as I can see that people are craving for it. So I tried eating. And I was amazed because it is really delicious, it makes me craves for more and got addicted to it. It's only in the Philippines (lol).Try some!

Eat Your Age

Are we eating the right food according to our age? Have you noticed that as we are growing older our appetite also change. Don't fear the changes that come with aging. We know more about the benefits of nutrition than ever before. You can put this knowledge to good use as you hit those "milestone birthdays". Instead of dreading the slowdown that comes with the passing of time, fight it! Feed your bones, skin and muscles the nutrients they crave to stay strong, healthy and vibrant.

Which food should be your priority as you hit each decade? Check out this easy-to-use guide--and eat your age.

The 20's… Setting the Stage

  • Eating Habits
  • Ah, the metabolically-blessed twenties. Some lucky young women can eat as much as they want without showing much change in body fat or weight. Unfortunately these carefree types may mistake thinness for nutritional health, overindulging in fat calories and under indulging in other nutrients. Over twenty something women go to the opposite extreme-calling a diet soda and a small green salad a meal. The risk: anemia, fatigue, and long term metabolic slowdown, which make it harder to burn calories later on. Or they splurge on junk food at night. They try to make up for it by skipping breakfast. Fight the urge to binge by giving yourself a small bowl of a treat food instead of nibbling straight out of the bag or box. Or stock up on "fun" healthy snacks, such as low-fat corn chips and a low-sodium salsa, which provides complex carbs and vitamin A & C.

  • High Fat, Low Fat
  • If you're chowing down on a high fat diet, youth is a good time to start paying attention to labels. How much fat is too much? For a food item to claim it is "low fat", it must contain 3 grams or less per serving based on at least a 100 calorie serving. An easier rule: Just remember that the calories of fat (1 gram equals nine calories) should be less than 30 percent of the total calories in the food. The type of fat you eat matters, too. Check out food labels for "partially hydrogenated oil" --- a classic man-made dietary villain also known as trans-fatty acid. Research has shown that this type of fat can raise bad serum cholesterol (LDL) and lower good cholesterol (HDL).

  • Complex Carbs
  • Another important goal for your twenties: Reduce simple carbohydrates and increase complex ones. Simple carbohydrates are junk foods such as white bread and sugary baked goods. These filling-but-empty taste treats are made from overly processed flour or other refined nutrients. Instead of grabbing another donut, learn to savor complex carbohydrates like whole grain bread and brown rice. Another tip: Eat potatoes with their skin on. Most pastas are also considered complex carbs, but they're relatively low in fiber and, when top with high calorie sauce, can add up to plate load of fat. A high fiber diet will help you normalize blood sugar and lower blood cholesterol, giving you a head start on disease prevention.

  • Calcium Concerns
  • Up until age 25, your body is still building bone that must last you for the rest of your life. How much calcium do you need and how do you get it? The National Research Council and the Food and Nutrition Board recommends 1,200 mg. of calcium per day, a sum you can get naturally by including yogurt, skim or soy milk, part skim cheese, broccoli, oranges, beans and tofu in your diet daily.

The 30's… Shifting Gears

  • Calories & Metabolism
  • By now, you may have established some healthful eating patterns in your daily routine (such as eating dark leafy green salads on most days, lots of fresh fruits, only whole grain breads, and limited fatty foods), plus a reasonable amount of exercise. So why are you gaining weight? One contributing factor is a small but predictable decline in your metabolic rate that starts when you turn 30. The unfortunate result: a gradual reduction in your lean body mass… a.k.a. muscle tissue. Since muscles account for the bulk of our energy needs, less muscle means lower calorie requirements. Working out can help you maintain the optimum level of muscle you want, but you should also eat fewer, though more efficient, nutrient rich calories.

  • Bone Mass
  • Another big change as you turn 30: you stop building bone. What's more, you can start losing bone mass, unless you get the calcium you need to head off osteoporosis. Supplements can help, but it's important to make sure you get plenty of calcium-rich foods such as almonds, parsley, and dried fruit --- especially if your diet is low in dairy products. Calcium-supplemented orange juice is another excellent way to get the nutrients you need.

  • Raging Hormones
  • Women who suffer from PMS may notice it getting more severe as they hit their thirties. Recent evidence hints that the estrogen in soy products may even out the symptoms, reducing the need for chemical remedies like ibuprofen. Soymilk, tofu and soy nuts are all great choices. Pour soymilk on your granola in the morning: chop up some tofu and stir-fry it with some of your favorite crisp veggies.

  • Aging Skin
  • Moisturizer companies know who their market is: women in their thirties who are just starting to experience the result of sun damage, stress, and a genetic predisposition to aging, wrinkling skin. Drinking water can help hydrate, and wearing sunscreen is key. But your diet can also help you preserve the skin on your face and body. Fortify yourself daily with natural antioxidants --- molecules which help fight the "free radicals" that contribute to the aging process --- such as orange juice, melon and green leafy vegetables like spinach and chard. Vitamin A and beta-carotene (in carrots and squash) are also crucial skin-boosters. A big, tasty salad full of romaine, diced carrots, and chopped up oranges can be as much a part of your skin regimen as your cleanser and toner.

The 40's… Staying Strong

  • Prevention
  • As you hit forties, you may become increasingly aware of the health risks in your family history. How can you get the best disease prevention from your diet? If heart disease runs in your family, you may want to pay close attention to the fat content of your food. What's more, you should make sure you get folic acid, which is present in orange juice, leafy green vegetables, dried beans, and wheat germs, especially if you have a high homocysteine level. If you have family history of breast cancer, you'll also want to cut fat from your diet; research is still tentative, but there's evidence that a high fat diet can exacerbate already present risk factors. If someone in your family has had colon cancer, you should pay special attention to the fiber you get. Take in at least 25 grams a day, ideally in high-quality, high nutrient foods like kidney beans. If diabetes is a concern, keep your diet low in concentrated sweets, exercise regularly, and make sure to keep your weight at a healthy level.

  • Fatigue Factor
  • Tired? The increased responsibilities of adulthood can take their toll, whether you're raising up a passel of kids, organizing city council, or both. Sixty percent of your diet should be complex carbs --- the most efficient source of energy in the form of glucose. If you do not get enough high quality carbs (such as brown rice), you burn protein, which is less efficient. High protein diets are all the rage right now, but too much protein can affect your kidneys, in some extreme cases causing headache, bad breath, dizziness, fatigue and nausea (not to mention that most high protein diets are also high in fat). Another important priority for energy is to get your B vitamins. You can get these key nutrients in many grains, fruits and vegetables, including baked potatoes, watermelon, banana, soybeans, and sunflower seeds. Or you can take a supplement to make sure you're getting enough.

  • Eat your Breakfast
  • The most important meal of all. Never skip eating your breakfast meals or else! A rushed morning, and no breakfast. Or if you do get breakfast, you're grabbing a donut or pastry --- yummy, but low in vitamins, minerals, fiber and protein. Instead, prep your kitchen with quick-to-make oatmeal, whole grain cold cereals, grapefruit, banana, skim milk, low fat yogurt, whole wheat bread, and low fat cream cheese. Foods like these will give you fiber, protein, calcium, and a good carbohydrate source, as well as B6, C, and potassium --- and provide the energy to help you resist the roller-coaster energy-boost temptation of coffee or snacks.
