It is normal for a person to feel stress especially when there are problems that he/she is facing at the time. It may help a person to deal with difficult situation by prompting one to cope with it. So, how can we cope anxiety? A study by the University of Southern Mississippi stated that exercising for 20 minute stints several times daily can lower the sensitivity to anxious feelings. Exercises like aerobic, walking, biking and swimming are the most effective way to walk away from anxiety. It is because physical activity can help shift attention away from unpleasant or unhelpful thoughts and instead direct attention toward neutral thoughts and activities.
So go and exercise daily to have your mind and body relax and walk away from anxiety

I cannot really resist when it comes to eating and sleeping afterwards, that is why I noticed that I become bigger especially in my stomach area. And it becomes my problem already since I cannot wear tight fitting clothes. What’s the best way to hide a bulging stomach? Avocado For Your Hair

It is a reality that in order to maintain a lustrous hair, one must take a lot of upkeep. But going to a salon might be a little bit expensive, yet you can still give your hair the tender loving care it needs to look its best by using items found at home.
Some women have problems with lifeless strands with their hair. Here is a recipe that will add volume to your hair. In a bowl, mix one egg yolk, half cup of honey, two tablespoons of olive oil and two small ripe avocados. Apply the mixture to the entire head and leave on for 1-2 hours or until hard. After rinse it, shampoo and condition as usual. And for an extra bouncy, non-frizzy curls dry with paper towels.
