Fruits Loaded With Vitamins and Nutrients


When it comes to nutrition fruits are the best source of it. They are the natural source of vitamins and nutrients that are needed by our body. Below are some of the fruits that we must eat everyday.
Apples. They are rich in vitamins and fibers which are good for digestion. Be sure to eat the skin  as most of the nutrients are found there.

 

Oranges. Aside from fiber, oranges are rich in vitamin C, a real cure-all to most diseases as some people contend. So eat as is or drink as juice.




Bananas. They are considered the most complete of fruits as they contain most of the vitamins and nutrients the body needs. This is also the reason why eating a banana is good if you are in a rush and why athletes are admonished to eat bananas when training, as it is a ready meal. It is also rich in phosphorus.



 
Strawberries. This fruit is rich in folate and other vitamins. Also some studies actually indicate that this fruit may protect the body from cancer.
