2. Rosemary

It is a woody perennial herb with fragrant, evergreen, needle-like leaves. It helps to enhance memory, calms the nerves, stimulates the circulatory system which helps bring new blood to the brain and helps prevent breakdown of neurotransmitters in the brain. It can be use as aromatherapy. It also helps to fight off free radicals which can destroy brain cells.

3. Ginkgo Biloba

It has more than 40 active substances which includes flavonoids and terpenoids. It helps to boost the immune system and helps the brain in fighting the free radicals.

4. Gotu Kola

It grows in swampy and watery places. It helps calm anxiety and stimulate brain functions to improve memory. Some studies shows that it can help boost IQ by improving blood circulation to the brain. It can also help to cure people with uterine cancer, colds, and liver ailments. It has high concentration of B-complex vitamins which helps the nervous system.

5. Vitamin B6

Vitamin B6 is very important in brain health. It helps cure nerve damage that can inhibit brain function of antioxidants. It also helps slow down brain deterioration. It helps reduce depression by altering serotonin levels.
