How To Cope Up Anxiety


Anxiety is a psychological and physiological condition characterized by somatic, emotional, cognitive and behavioral mechanism. It create feelings of fear, worry, uneasiness and terror.  But then it is normal  
Anxiety is a psychological and physiological condition characterized by somatic, emotional, cognitive and behavioral mechanism. Anxiety creates feelings of fear, worry, uneasiness and terror. It is normal for a person to feel stress especially when there are problems that he/she is facing at the time. It may help a person to deal with difficult situation by prompting one to cope with it. So, how can we cope anxiety? A study by the University of Southern Mississippi stated that exercising for 20 minute stints several times daily can lower the sensitivity to anxious feelings. Exercises like aerobic, walking, biking and swimming are the most effective way to walk away from anxiety. It is because physical activity can help shift attention away from unpleasant or unhelpful thoughts and instead direct attention toward neutral thoughts and activities.
So go and exercise daily to have your mind and body relax and walk away from anxiety
