Sweet Potato


Do you want to get rid those fats in your body just by eating? Yes by eating sweet potatoes. Sweet Potatoes are high in fiber, which means there is no drastic insulin jumps and less fat pack into your body. You bake a small sweet potato top with nonfat cottage cheese. Or you can simply boil sweet potato and eat it alone. Since it is high in fiber it can easily be digested and helps remove waste regularly.
