How to Get Rid of Wrinkles


Wrinkles are lines or creases on the surface of the skin. They are a natural part of aging. But even young people develop skin aging because of some factors. Almost all women in their 30s and 40s begin to worry, conscious about their skin and the wrinkles that are beginning to appear. But nothing to worry about because there are already dermatology clinics, creams to prevent or diminish those wrinkles. The question is how about those who cannot afford to go to the clinics, to buy those creams and moisturizers? Below are some of the easiest ways to prevent and diminish the wrinkles without spending so much from your budget.

  1. Don’t Smoke. It is because cigarette and cigar smoke can constrain the production of collagen, the tissue that is responsible for the elasticity of the skin. It also decreases the flow and circulation of blood to the vessels of your face which causes to wrinkles.
  2. Wear Sunscreen. For the reason that sunscreen contains helpful ointments that prevent the effectiveness of the suns UVA and UVB rays. By applying sunscreen you can protect yourself from the damage of the sun which can lead to sunburn or skin cancer.
  3. Avoid Strong Chemicals. Be careful in using face washes, there are chemical ingredients that can cause excessive drying or pain after applying that can cause also to wrinkles.
  4. Eat Healthy. Always make sure that you eat fruits and vegetables everyday. Especially with vitamins A, C, E and K because they will help nourish your skin and prevent wrinkles.
  5. Hydrate Well. Drink plenty of water about 6-8 glasses a day.
  6. Moisturize. Apply lotion each morning and evening to promote healthy skin.
