Don't Eat Out Your Stress

Do you always eat out when your stress or in a bad mood? Looks like you find eating as stress reliever or bad mood soother. Feeding your fears and frustrations, instead of confronting to the concern person can lead to of more bad moods and weight gain as well. Most people turn to carbohydrates which produces tryptophan. This a type of amino acid that is used by the brain to manufacture serotonin. The serotonin produced by the brain that drives you to eat is only temporary mood reliever.
The best remedy that you can do for stress is to pause for a while and think about what’s bothering you. Then try a non-food mood booster like taking a walk, seeing a movie or calling a friend. But if you wish to grab some carbs, opt for a wholegrain treat at least you can get more fiber and less sugar.
