Touch is a very important part of human contact. It gives comfort and relaxation of the body. That is why massage uses touch through rubbing or kneading the parts of the body. It was a right timing then wherein I already felt numbness and aches on my back. I had a full body massage and it was a relaxing experienced. After the one hour session I felt that my body was so light and relaxed.
