Therefore, we should take care liver in order not to get sick. And if our liver is healthy it follows that we also look beautiful. That is why we should adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.' We can prevent this without necessarily spending more. Below are some of the wrong habits that we should stop in order to maintain good liver.

Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.
