How To Manage Diabetes

To achieve beauty is to maintain a good health, because when your healthy you will also look beautiful. Many of us don't bother to take care of our health. It just too late to react wherein the illness is already present in our body. It is too late to regret as they said. The most common illness that most of our constituents are experiencing now is Diabetes. If you are already infected in this disease, how are you going to mange this kind of disease? Below are some of the suggestions:
1. Learn and understand everything you can about diabetes. Know the disease.
2. Make the necessary lifestyle changes:
2.1. maintain ideal body weight
2.2. exercise regularly
2.3. limit alcohol, low sugar, low fat, low salt diet
2.4. stop smoking
2.5. reduce stress
3. Monitor your blood sugar regularly
4. Pay attention to the following:
4.1. foot care
4.2. blood pressure
4.3. blood lipids (cholesterol, triglycerides)
4.4. the state of your kidneys (test microalbuminuria)
4.5. the state of your eyes
5. Visit your doctor regularly and follow your doctor's orders and advice.
5.1. take your medicines everyday or as advised
5.2. maintain follow up appointments with your doctor.
