The liver is one of the vital organ in our body. It has a wide range of functions like detoxification, protein synthesis, and production of biochemicals necessary for digestion. Therefore, we should take care liver in order not to get sick. And if our liver is healthy it follows that we also look beautiful. That is why we should adopt a good daily lifestyle and eating habits. Maintaining good eating habits and time condition are very important for our bodies to absorb and get rid of unnecessary chemicals according to 'schedule.' We can prevent this without necessarily spending more. Below are some of the wrong habits that we should stop in order to maintain good liver.

1. Sleeping too late and waking up too late are main cause.

2. Not urinating in the morning.

5. Consuming too much medication.


6. Consuming too much preservatives, additives, food coloring, and artificial sweetener.

7. Consuming unhealthy cooking oil.
As much as possible reduce cooking oil when frying, which includes even the best cooking oils like olive oil. Do not consume fried foods when you are tired, except if the body is very fit.


8. Consuming raw (overly done) foods also add to the burden of liver.
Veggies should be eaten raw or cooked 3-5 parts. Fried veggies should be finished in one sitting, do not store.

Ten Easy Steps on Applying Make-up

Looking beautiful is what everybody wants to have. So it is important to know the techniques and the correct way of putting make-up on our face. Here are a few tips to consider in speeding up our daily routine and achieving the best results on our face.


· Apply a concealer that is lighter than your foundation. Dot it over on any blemishes or under-eye circles and blend with your fingertips or a makeup sponge. If you’re using a cake concealer, apply the eye cream first.


· Choose foundation that matches exactly with your skin tone. Apply it in dots over the central part of your face; blend it out with a makeup sponge or using your fingertips until it covers your entire face.


· Use a loose or pressed powder to keep foundation and concealer stay longer on your face. Use pressed powder to touch up when you're away from home.


· Do your eyebrows next. Use powdered eyebrow shadow on brows instead of pencil, which can often look unnatural. Apply it with a hard, slanted brush.


· Choose three colors of eye shadow: light, medium and dark. Use the dark only to line your upper eyelid, in a fairly thin line along the upper lashes. Use the medium shade for the crease and the lightest shade for the area under the eyebrow.


· Apply eyeliner. Use cake eyeliner with a damp, thin liner brush, or an eyeliner pencil, and line the lower lid below the lashes. Line only the outer two-thirds of the lower lid, or all the way across if you're trying to achieve a darker look. Line all the way across the upper lid or start the line where your lashes begin.


· Apply mascara to upper and lower lashes, in two thin coats to avoid clumsiness. Choose brown mascara if your coloring is fair; black or brown-black works well for darker coloring.


· Smile to find the apples of your cheeks, and apply blush to the apples or below, whichever you prefer.


· Choose a lipstick color that's suited to your skin tone and that's perfect for your day look. You can mix colors and textures to suit your moods and your outfit.


· Line lips after applying lipstick, not before. That way you won't end up with a dark circle of lip liner after your lipstick has worn off. Avoid combining very dark lip liner and pale lipstick.

10 Tips For Better Sleep

Adults need eight full hours of sleep and teens need nine hours and 15 minutes says John Shepard, Jr. M.D. However the average person only gets seven hours and 25 minutes of sleep per night.

You don't have to count sheep in order to sleep, by following the 10 tips for better sleep you can have a restful sleep during the night. Just try one or two or a combination until you have enough and quality sleep to feel alert and rested during the night.

1. Stick to a schedule and don't sleep late on weekends. Don't sleep late on Saturday and Sunday you'll get a Sunday night insomia. Instead, go to bed and get up at the same time every day. Don't rely on the alarm clock to wake you up when you get enough sleep.

2. Don't eat or drink a lot before bedtime. Eat only light dinner two hours before sleeping. And also do not drink too much liquid before sleeping you'll wake up repeatedly in the night to go to the bathroom. Don't eat spicy or fatty foods. These foods will cause heartburn. Avoid eating midnight snacks. Don't drink alcohol near bedtime. It will cause you to snore or develop sleep apnea.

3. Avoid caffeine and nicotine. They will keep you awake because of the additive stimulants present in these food and cigarette.

4. Exercise. For a better sleep, the best time to exercise is in the afternoon. It enhances the deep and refreshing stage of sleep.

5. A slightly cool room is ideal for sleeping. Try to sleep in warmer night clothes and wear socks if your room is cold. Use also blankets. If it's hot at night wear light night clothes and sleep under a single sheet.

6. Sleep only at night. Daytime naps steal hours from nighttime slumber. Limit daytime sleep up to 20 minutes. if you work in the nights, keep window curtains closed so that you will not be bothered by the rays of the sunlight. If you have a day job and sleep at night, leave the window curtains open and let the sun's light wake you up.

7. Keep it quiet. silence is more conducive to sleep. Turn off the radio and tv. You can use earplugs to mask sound that you cannot control such as a snoring partner, busy street, vehicles blowing horns, etc.

8. Make your bed. Make sure you have a comfortable bed that offers a good night sleep. Go to bed when your tired and turn out the lights. do not agonize about falling asleep, stress will only prevent from sleeping.

9. soak and sack out. Taking a hot shower or bath before bed helps bring on sleep because they can relax the tense muscles.
